Location: Cooks Bay, Moorea
The crew of Argo awoke to another beautiful sunrise in paradise. As the sun came over Mt. Rotui we enjoyed some delicious breakfast and prepared for the day ahead. First the open water students went diving and practiced some skills and the already certified divers went outside the reef on a dive and saw a few black tip and lemon sharks which they got excited about. After eating lunch and pumping our tanks we hit the water again for another set of dives. This was the last open water dive for the new divers and after they take there final exam they will be certified. Tonight we will have our first MTE class and watch “Around Cape Horn” a movie about Irving Johnson’s trip around cape horn on the Peking. Tomorrow will be our last day in Moorea before getting under way and I am sure the crew will miss this little island.
