Location: GHP

Ocean Star had an action-packed day upon arriving in the BVIs. We had our final passage from Saba, which turned out to be a beautiful night sail with plenty of stars, a lightning show, and a good strong breeze. We made landfall in the BVIs around first light and picked up a mooring near the Baths. Once we were cleared into the country, the crew had shore time at one of the BVI’s best natural wonders, the Baths swimming pools. A bit of swimming fun, and then off again to dive the RMS Rhone, which is another amazing wreck dive. We hung out just long enough to dive, and then we moved again, this time to GHP in time for dinner and to spend the night. The day is just long enough to fit it all in. Arriving in the BVIs means a couple of things. We have successfully made it full circle from the BVIs, down the island, as far as Dominica, and back again. Being back also means that the trip is almost over, unfortunately, with only three more days to go. Although we will be sad to leave, the crew will be departing with 14 new friends and summers worth of fond memories. It has been one amazing voyage this summer.
