Location: Great Harbour, Peter Island

Today, seven newly certified divers entered the diving world after completing their last open water training dive. The morning was quite relaxing for the crew as they awaited moving Ocean Star to the Baths around lunchtime. We picked up anchor a little after 12:30 and made the short move to the Baths. Everyone enjoyed an amazing afternoon exploring the intricate maze of caves, tunnels, and beaches the Baths had to offer. The crew then picked up anchor again and moved from the Baths to Great Harbour Peter (GHP), Ocean Star’s home. Everyone was introduced to “Nessie,” Ocean Star’s personal mooring in GHP. The timing couldn’t have been better. Just as we tied off to our mooring, dinner was served at six without delay. Passage prep was the evening’s activities where the crew learned about how we would live the next 28 hours of our lives while underway to Nevis. As a treat, cookies were made to celebrate our newly certified divers. Tomorrow, the journey out of the BVI to Nevis begins.
