Location: Tarragona, Spain

My morning started with Sabrina doing wake-ups for my watch team at an early 4 o’clock. I put my foulies on and made my way to our meeting spot on deck by the mast. On watch, Cameron started on the helm while others did the boat checks, and the rest of us kept our eyes out for our surroundings. The waters were smooth, and the lights off the coast of Spain shone off our starboard side. The night sky was clear as we enjoyed the stars lighting up the sky and guiding us to a port in Tarragona. Shane, Thatcher, Cameron, Oscar, Bryson, and I played a game called Wavelength to pass the time. Towards the end of the watch, the sunrise came up in pink and purple. The sunrises/sunsets and stars never get old on the water. Once I got relieved from watch, I took a short nap before we all were hands on deck to help dock Argo in Tarragona. Argo has it nice tonight. We are docked among some large, nice yachts. Argo holds her own though:) Especially once we gave her a deep clean for Boat Appreciation day!: which is what we did next after having some tasty Risotto made by Aidan, Amelia, and Fish. Once everything was swept, scrubbed, and organized (no corner left untouched), we got a few hours of free time before dinner after we finished the day out with our first night out!
Shoutout to all my family reading these! Love you all
