Goood morningggg day 79!!!!! We started the day off right with croissants, many thanks to Vittoria for doing an early morning bakery run, and cinnamon rolls, thanks to our chefs Grant and Erin. Next up, very treacherous end of Seamester exam for oceanography, very scary stuff. Once we completed that, it was straight into rescue diver training. Before lunch, we knocked out search patterns under the water, which was very fun to learn. Lunch was really good, fried rice prepared beautifully by Emma. The rest of our afternoon started with rescue 7, which was some practice scenarios off the boat, and we all did pretty well! After ocean showers, we had a really quick study hall before getting ready for our sign-out night! Everyone had made reservations at the same restaurant, so we met there. Everyone ended up getting the same burger which was great and our squeeze question of the day was whats the person to your lefts catch phrase, it was really cute. Then we spent some time on the beach before heading into town, where we soon realized everything was closed. We had some beautiful stars for our walk back, and it waited to rain until we were back on the boat, which we were all grateful for:)
Love lots Nashota
