Location: Underway to St. Barts
Today was a busy day. It started off early with a fire drill at 0630hr, then breakfast at 0700hr. Two dive teams went out today, working towards open water dives. Shortly after diving, we motored to Falmouth to clear out. While on our way, we had lunch. Once we arrived, we had our 1st class of SLD (Student Leadership). We had a little free time before having a passage briefing and passage prep. After a filling dinner, we motored out of Falmouth and headed for a clam spot to put up the sails. All hands were on deck when the sails went up. However, we did a dry run before we left. While underway, putting sails up is harder while the boat sways from one side to the other. The night seems to be quite nice for sailing. We are due to arrive in St. Barts in the early morning. Got to get some sleep before my watch.
