Today was a great day of cruising and swimming. We started off motoring North in search of a good anchorage. With two crew members up the foremast to spot reefs, we slipped our way through the atoll choosing among a string of beautiful spots to drop the hook. We found our spot, settled in, and then went for a much-needed swim. After an hour or so, we were approached by the military, who stated that we needed to relocate due to some exercises that were about to take place. Ok, so we moved. We called our agent for some local knowledge, and following his advice, we ended up at Budabados off the Bandos Island Resort. We settled in and then had “tea time” to celebrate Eliot’s birthday and apparently the Queen. The day ended with a Marine Biology exam and delicious lasagna.
