Location: English Harbour, Antigua
This morning we woke up early for a dock walk of both English Harbour and Falmouth Harbour. We got to see tons of different boats including a recreated 12 meter boat named Ranger and a racing boat named ICAP Leopard that we’re both beautiful and very technologically advanced boats. When we got back to the boat we had to move to down the dock so that a mega yacht could come in and use the crane for some maintenance. About half of the crew went for an optional dive before lunch to collect data for our projects. Steve, Al, and Reese got some very good data for their project while Will and I completely struck out, no feather duster worms to be found. This afternoon we had our last day of shore time in Antigua before our departure tomorrow. The deck was packed with people on their computers sending last minute emails while we still have internet. I’m sure that it will be packed again tonight.
