Location: Tangier, Morocco

Hey yall!
Today, I heard from multiple people that it was the perfect day. Our morning consisted of exploring Tangier, Morocco. We walked through busy markets in the tiniest of alleyways, saw a lot more dead goat heads than we wanted to, and were awed at the abundance of kittens roaming the streets. Talia, Grace N., Lillian, Chloe, Elis, and I had an authentic Moroccan lunch in this beautiful two-story restaurant that was decorated head to toe and included live music.
The main event of the day, though was the leadership challenge course:
We were split into four teams and had a series of challenges to complete. The first was bobbing for apples in the dishy pit (buckets of water and all the food waste.
From the day). The first to take a bite out of an apple without their hands won! Well, won, Ill get to that later. The second challenge was the start of a scavenger course, which began with a magic carpet! Just kidding, it was this tiny, quick, dry towel that we had to fit our whole team on and try to flip without anyone touching the concrete beneath. Little did we know that the size of the towel was impossible, and Claire had a good laugh before giving us the correct size (roughly a bath towel).
Next challenge: lining it up. Each team member stood in a line, each on a small block, and had to rearrange ourselves into birth order without speaking or touching the ground. Then came the challenge of the river. This consisted of stepping on rope stones and all our team members crossing a certain distance without touching the ground. If part of you did, it was eaten by crocodiles, and you could no longer use that limb. Lastly, possibly the greatest challenge of them all was to raise and lower the forward staysail as a team without talking. To finish the day, Cat made us all tofu rice bowls and peanut butter cookies to die for, followed by a group of us playing hours of Bananagrams (dont worry, its only mildly addicting, haha)
Until next time, so long, and thanks for all the fish.
