We are currently anchored off Kata Beach, awaiting the start of the race. Today was a day of cleaning, and in preparation for the Kings Cup Regatta starting tomorrow, we gave Argo our most detailed BA yet. Our plan is to be the best-looking boat in the regatta. Along with regular jobs of a deck wash, waxing, and cleaning up the galley, some of the crew also got to go aloft to clean the spreaders, and others dove to finish cleaning the hull. We celebrated the completion of cleaning by jumping off the bowsprit, throwing a football around, and swimming in the bay. In the evening, we had our final OCE test. Everyone is very excited about the race tomorrow, and we can’t wait to sail.
