Location: Charlestown, Nevis
The day started with breakfast at 0700. After breakfast we started Boat Appreciation. We cleaned for about 2 hours, by which time Simon had cleared through customs and we were able to go ashore. We all as a group decided to make the 3 mile hike to the “source”, the mountain top spring where the island of Nevis gets all of its water. When we returned to the ship we were all very tired but there was still much work to be done to get the boat ready to sail for the passage to Antigua, which will begin at midnight tonight. We finished off the day with our first MTE class.
