I knew that Ocean Star would introduce me to a lot of new experiences. However, I was hoping that seasickness would not be one of them. Despite several of us feeling less than phenomenal (including Bertha, Steve’s trusty underwater camera), we had a pretty great day at sea! Matt, Kyle, and Dan caught a barracuda while underway and Mari managed to eat an entire container of Chips Ahoy cookies with the help of some friends. Additionally, one watch team spotted a pod of about 50 dolphins while the other caught a glimpse of a rainbow at sunset. We ended the day with some great food and a watch full of singing before sleepily anchoring outside of Charlestown, Nevis.
Until next time,
