Location: Atlantic Ocean

Life on the boat continues. I am Olympus, and I will be writing today`s blog. Today, on day 17, we had marine biology class followed by leadership, which we lovingly call MARBLE classes. Today, leadership was led by Nini doing the very first presentation, which was wonderfully made, very pretty, and engaging. Also, between marine bio and leadership, I realized that natural gas was leaking into the salon(kitchen/classroom/ hangout area) by smell alone. Add them to the tally family! We caught it early and everyone is completely fine.

We have been following our non-existent free time with inter-watch team pranks and a boat-wide game of Assassin (which I have already botched. I opted out of senior assassin for a reason). I love living on the boat. Each day I get tosee the sky painted different colors in combos I didn`t think were real. I appreciate the book that my Great Aunt Lynne wrote and watercolored about my great grandpa Bobby getting ham radio certified and helping save a lost boat even more now. I learned that I will be getting VHF radio certified and I think Bobby is proud of me. I like to think that Lynne is watercoloring the backround to my story across the sky. It is humbling to realize how isolated we are out here in the Atlantic.

I have been making a list of each song, snack, book, or TV show that people on the boat have introduced me to after the voyage. Some of you reading this dont know who I am and probably never will. However, please know that each person on this boat whether they are your child, grandchild, niece/nephew, partner, sibling, or friend Has already changed my life. I appreciate the love and support of every member of the crew for the help they have given me considering I am one of two people that ANY of the staff has met that simply never gets over seasickness. Each time I eat and then puke, at least three staff members come to help me and get me water and a towel. So, Mom, I may be pukey and nauseous, but I am having the time of my life. Also, Aury(my sister), you said I would never meet anyone as weird as me, and you were wrong! Shout out to Darien, who is basically the same flavor of weird as me <3.

I love you, Mom, Dad, Jackson, Aury, and Grandma Joan and Carroll.
Also, a very happy birthday from Ben to his dad.
