Location: Underway to Bali

Today was our first full day underway in Bali. After having a week to recharge the batteries in Darwin, the crew is looking forward to moving on to Indonesia. Everyone is used to underway life by now, and watches at 4 in the morning feels almost normal. We had a pretty typical day, and aside from an unannounced man overboard drill (I volunteered, but they used a dinghy fender instead) that interrupted lunch, the day went pretty smoothly. Some crew members decided to shave their heads, and the haircuts came out as well as could be expected while rocking back and forth. Passage life is growing on the crew, and everyone appreciates getting to spend time together surrounded by nothing but the ocean.
