Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda
Today was a great day. It began with a filling breakfast of oatmeal before before learning the ropes aboard our fine ship Ocean Star. From the jib halyard to the main sheet those nautical nominations were mastered. After we could tell our stern from our dorades we hoisted sail and tacked and jibed around the Anagada passage eventually dropping anchor in Mountain Point were we will spend the night. After a great chilli dinner our first Nautical Science (MTE) class will discuss what we accomplished today.
