Location: English Harbour, Antigua
The crew of Ocean Star ventured northward in search of big city adventure today. With most of the day free, the majority of crewmembers took a bus or taxi to the capital city of St. John. Some shipmates explored the markets and enjoyed some shopping and lunch ashore, while others relaxed on local beaches, visited the museums, and absorbed the local culture. In the evening, students learned about electronic navigation in Seamanship class. Another great day aboard Ocean Star in English Harbour.
