Today was the much anticipated surf day! After our Thanksgiving dinner and night on the town we were up at 7am for breakfast sandwiches made by the chef for the day Dan. Then we shuttled over the mountain via mini-van and Taxi to Louriant Beach where Jay was waiting with 6 surfboards of various shapes and sizes. We all took turns on the boards with everyone opting to stay in the water even if they were not surfing. We had a blast picking waves and paddling frantically, and I think that everyone that paddled for a wave caught one. Surf day was a huge success and everyone enjoyed the day in the sun. Once we were back on Ocean Star the weather changed so we had to have dinner and our 2 classes in the Salon.
