Location: Rodney Bay to Grande Anse D'arlet
Ready to leave for St. Pierre, the crew assembled in the cockpit and were told to lower the dinghies. Perplexed, we were informed that we were leaking transmission fluid and would not be able to leave until we had a part made. The crew used this time to study for the upcoming Marine Biology exam. After several hours we decided to take advantage of the extra time in Rodney Bay to check out the lookout fort and snorkel. However Kevin soon crushed all hope of shore time by bringing the part we needed right as we were ready to leave. However, all was not lost for we soon had banana bread to ease the pain. After lunch, we raised the sails and were underway. The trip was rather smooth and included a visit by some friendly dolphins. We arrived in Grande Anse D’arlet late in the afternoon where we had dinner and are about to have our exam. So if you would excuse me I should go study ?
