Location: There's no such thing as land
This morning’s 3-6 am watch brought yet another spectacular Caribbean sunrise. With the wind full in our sails, we cruised between 7-9kts for a lot of the day, making great progress on our journey to Grenada. The wind died down in the afternoon, and we found ourselves with four extra passengers. A group of swallows, 60 nm from the nearest island, joined our family for most of the rest of the way to Grenada. Shortly after we picked up the “hitchhikers,” we also got a chance to swim off the side of the boat in our very own 10,000-deep pool. After a hearty stew for dinner, we trucked on through the night with the hopes of setting foot on land sometime tomorrow morning.
