Location: Marie Galante
At eight o’clock the group was shuttled to land to meet our tour guide for the day. We would be visiting the last two working windmills on Marie Galante along with a sugar plantation and rum distillery. It was hard at first to understand our tour guide as he didn’t speak a word of English but Paul was there to translate for us. After the tour we returned to the boat for afternoon classes. Kirsty taught us about marine mammals and Kate and Simon showed us an awesome sailing movie. After dinner we will have another OCB class and prepare for tomorrow’s sailing to Antigua.
