Today was a sail day. Our crew woke up and said our good byes to the beautiful St. Pierre and set sail for Dominica. The trip was a total of 35 miles and went fairly smoothly. Our crew is definitely getting into the grove of setting sails and we should look like pros by the time we hit Antigua. The highlight of the trip was finally setting up the flying jib for the first time. Putting up a new sail is always exciting. Once in Dominica we dropped anchor at a spot, well, called Drop Anchor. And did probably one of our most efficient boat appreciations yet! After all of our hard work we took a breath, showered and are prepared for a well earned night off.
