Location: Roseau, Dominica
Today was a sail day. Our crew woke up and said our goodbyes to the beautiful St. Pierre, and set sail for Dominica. The trip was a total of 35 miles and went fairly smoothly. Our crew is definitely getting into the grove of setting sails, and we should look like pros by the time we hit Antigua. The highlight of the trip was finally setting up the flying jib for the first time. Putting up a new sail is always exciting. Once in Dominica, we dropped anchor at a spot, well, called Drop Anchor. And did probably was one of our most efficient boat appreciations yet! After all of our hard work, we took a breath, showered, and were prepared for a well-earned night off.
