Location: Ile Fourchue
Today we left Gustavia for Ile Fourchue, and on the way Curry went up to the crow’s nest to look for whales. Almost right away we could see the spray from whales coming to the surface! We watched for almost an hour as the mother and her calf swam around. Upon arrival in Ile fourchue we had an oceanography class, and spent the afternoon windsurfing and catching up on academic work. In the evening we had an activity called “The River” where we shared important events in our lives with the group. We have better ideas of who each other are now.
