Location: Ile Fourchue
Today, we left Gustavia for Ile Fourche, and on the way, Curry went up to the crow’s nest to look for whales. Almost right away, we could see the spray from whales coming to the surface! We watched for almost an hour as the mother and her calf swam around. Upon arrival in Ile Fourche, we had an oceanography class and spent the afternoon windsurfing and catching up on academic work. In the evening, we had an activity called “The River,” where we shared important events in our lives with the group. We have better ideas of who each other is now.
