Location: Peter Island
Thirteen sleepy faces arose from below deck bright and early this morning. Getting a good night’s sleep after a long day of travel does the body good. After breakfast, the majority of the morning was spent with proper introductions, issuing dive gear, and a policy and procedures meeting. Some last-minute shore time for tee shirts and necessary toiletries before lunch was available before we made boat preparations to leave the dock and get underway. The time had finally come, and we dropped our lines and gave a horn blast to indicate our departure to all of West End. With Tortola to our stern and Peter Island to our bow, everyone enjoyed a beautiful afternoon underway and finally on the water. The day came to an end with an amazing tortellini dinner and a proper boat introduction and walkthrough. Virgin Gorda, here we come!
