Location: Komodo

Hey everyone, this is Noa again, it’s time for my last blog, and wow, what a day it has been. I feel so lucky being skipper today and being the one that can tell y’all all about our day, cause it was amazing!!!
Today we woke up for another awesome day in Komodo, after having some of Kat’s dreamy cinnamon apple oat bake, we headed to clean up and started doing some dives. We split into three dive groups, so one group went each time, and those of us who waited for their dive group had some time to chill out on the charter house . I was in dive group three with Ty, Josie, Marijke, Ben, Mac, and Sam. The reef here is unbelievably huge and filled with colorful corals, fish, and also so many turtles!!! They were everywhere, and we were so overwhelmed, we kept changing direction, trying to get a pic of all of them.
The island was anchored by a beautiful mountain that Seb looked up, which is about 245 meters tall, so we took the dinghy to shore and decided to hike it all the way up. It was sooo fun going on a good hike and seeing Vela from all the way up the hill. Going that high up gave us the chance to see the water from a different angle. When we were underway, we didn’t notice the different colors of the water, but today we got to see just how beautiful it really is. I felt so lucky today to be able to do this, go to these places, see these views. Anyhow, once we got up the hill kat lawrence imogen and some other people climbed up the tallest tree, when it was time to go back they didn’t wanna go down
After dinner, some of us went on a night dive. The bioluminescence was pretty sick, and at some point, we held our flashlights to our chests and sat in the dark at the bottom and waited for some fish to come closer to us. After three minutes in the dark, we turned on our flashlights, and a huge lionfish got close. It was so cool, we were all freaking out.
I saw a lobster, and we also saw a box fish the size of a pillow and a huge moray eel.
It was such a cool dive. So I guess today was an overall 10/10, and we’re all so so exhausted from all the fun we had!
We’re all looking forward to the last days we have left, it’s so crazy how the time flew by, and we’re already at day 70ish. For squeeze tonight i asked what actor would play the role of the person to your left. Best answers were-Luna got Dwayne “the rock” Johnson, Imogen got millie bobby brown and jack (80 day) got Sean Penn. after that i decided that the best way to end squeeze would be a good game of hide and seek (full credit to Arden and Garrett for the idea). I was a terrible seeker but people hid very well the winners were Josie and Imogen hiding on the ladder in the water and Arden and Reese for hiding in the only bilges that i did not check

To all 40A guys, we miss you so much!!!!

To my family and friends at home! Love you lots and miss you. Will call as soon as I get some good cell service!!!!
