Location: Civitavecchia, Italy
After being woken up by the crew, we knew what was ahead of us: the boat appreciation all-day cleaning event. We cleaned the decks, hull, inside, toilets, and just about anything you can think of. Dickie was unfortunately chosen to hold a bucket over one of the clogged toilets. At the same time, Sam released several thousand psi bursts from his scuba tank into the draining hole from under the boat, the resulting poop flying out into a said bucket. Now that we are all showered up, we can’t wait for our last night out as a crew, minus Michael and Alex, because they had to go back to school. Overall, the trips have been a great experience, and I’ll miss everyone.
