Hello, outside world friends and family!!
Skipper Audz here! Today we had the most marvelous day! I woke the crew up with some sweet jams while we readied ourselves for cereal and dingy rides to the sulfur full town of Soufrire. We took a little walk through the famous Sulfur Springs park, where we learned about the enormous inactive volcano that has a whole town in the middle of it. Very cool! We ventured to the mud baths where we doused ourselves in two kinds of mud full of sulfur which made our skin so so soft, and found that it is a great exfoliant. After that, we dinghied back to the boat, where we had chickpea salad for lunch. After lunch, we had leadership class with Captain Tom, which is always fabulous, love that for us. Next came our VHF makeup quiz, which means that we will be able to use the VHF radios soon!! Another certification down! Some of us then proceeded to do laundry, take ocean showers, and have our marvelous cooks prepare the best pizza (dough made from scratch by the lovely Squidnei, Smash, and Tom! YAY!!) We have the most beautiful birthday girl, my twin flame, Ryan. We sang happy birthday to Ryan, gave her a signed love letter from the crew, and baked her the best marshmallow brownies ever..soo golden brown, hehe:) In my sugar high, I released the loudest scream laugh I have ever conjured while everyone laughed and enjoyed the rest of the night. It is a busy week for classes, we have a couple of papers and quizzes/exams coming up, but I assure you everyone is on top of it since the salon has been packed with hard-working students. The birthday girl requested that all the boys, staff included, receive drag queen names. Here are some of the names we came up with, Tasty T, Tomanatrix, Drop it, Lo, and Sweet Cheeks, LOL. We will be having a drag show here tonight, and we truly wish that all of you could join, but unfortunately, it is crew only XD! I know you guys miss all your peeps and can’t wait to get them home to hear about our adventures but know that they are in the best hands that you could hope for:)
