Location: St Pierre, Martinique
Every hour, on the hour the bells in St Pierre ring with great pride. The people of the town speak only French which made our trip into town quite difficult. After wondering the small town and admiring the amazing church the group came back to the boat ready to learn. First we listened to Kirsty talk about arthropods. Next Kate and Simon taught us about currents. After eating all the baguettes and dinner our group is full and ready for the Oceanography mid-term.
