Location: English harbour, Antigua
After breakfast, the crew enjoyed a thorough exploration of Nelson’s Dockyard and Falmouth Harbor, winter home to many of the world’s mega-yachts. Many ventured to the local nautical book store, or browsed the boutiques while enjoying treats such as ice cream or coffee, others looked at local wood carvings, explored the museums, or made friends with the crews of neighboring boats. After dinner, students watched a Blue Planet Documentary on “The Deep Ocean”. All in all, an excellent day in Antigua.
