Location: Nelson's Dockyard, Antigua
Today in Antigua, we started the day off by having pancakes and mango for breakfast. After breakfast, the Advanced Open Water Divers had a lecture, and then they went on a morning peak performance buoyancy dive while everyone else walked around historic Nelson’s Dockyard. A few people decided to go on a hike and see a museum, while others sat around enjoying the scenery and having lunch out at a restaurant and smoothies. After lunch, we all had an Emergency First Responder: Secondary Care lecture taught by Bobbie, and a sailing lecture taught by Eric. Later, we all got together and had a beach BBQ where we played soccer and volleyball in and out of the waves and then sat around eating and listening to music. When we got back to Ocean Star after dinner, the Advanced Open Water Divers got to go on a night dive, and everyone else went into the Salon to watch a documentary. Overall, it was an amazing and relaxing day in Antigua, and we are sad to leave but very excited to see St. Barts tomorrow!
