Location: St Barth’s
Hello friends and family, Ben here
Today was our first full day in St Barths and it was a GOOD one.
We kicked off the morning with an incredible breakfast of eggs and bacon cooked by Claire.
After the feed, everyone went surfing. I wasnt there for this excursion, but each student came back extremely happy and VERY sandy. Students then had shore time. Almost everyones shore time began with laundry in the local laundromat, and once everyone had clean clothes and sheets, they hit the town. If youre reading this and have never been to St Barths, imagine a very fancy and expensive portion of the south of France, add some more shops, and then stick it in the Caribbean. Everyone spent the rest of their time eating good food on shore, shopping, exploring, and just getting immersed in this cool little island.
We then all met up on the boats to get a little dressed up and head out for dinner and a sign-out night. We ate a Lisoletta, a place famous for 1-meter-long pizzas. After eating a truly impressive amount of these pizzas, we headed to a local bar and finished the evening in high spirits before heading back to the boats.
Cant wait to see what today has in store for us,
