Location: Antigua
Today, we met Akeem, the sixteen-year-old son of the lady who did our laundry here in Antigua. This kid is the man. He can absolutely ball at some soccer. We played a nice round of the World Cup with him, and he put up a good fight, but at the end of the day, Dan Golden came out on top. He pulled a fast one on me with the old “Oh no, I forgot my wallet” on a meal, but I’m sure the favor will be returned next time.
Meanwhile, ‘Team Yachty’ completed ‘Operation Mega Provision.’ We closed the day with a wonderful dinner at Shirley Heights, where we saw an amazing steel drum band followed by our very own Josh Freeman laying down some rap lines. Oh, what a night.
