Location: Les Saintes
Today was another day spent in Les Saintes. The church bells were ringing bright and early at 0700, as is the French standard. The chefs zoomed off in the dinghy first thing to pick up some breakfast baguettes. After a delicious breakfast, there was a quick Marine Bio class before the crew was off to shore to explore the islands and provision the boat with some French delicacies. Scientist Laurie was able to see her sister Emma, who lives in Guadeloupe. The crew was back aboard for dinner and an evening class before turning in early for the next day’s move to a local dive site.
