Location: The Saints
We started off the day after breakfast by preparing Ocean Star for the passage to The Saints. We left Dominica and sailed through lunchtime until we arrived at the channel leading into The Saints. At that point, we encountered fields of fish traps. We had to do some tricky sailing to avoid them all. Once we arrived, we dropped the anchor and cleaned O-Star up. We had a few hours of downtime until Laurie’s sister, Emma, and her boyfriend, Robbie’s ferry, arrived. They are staying on Ocean Star while we are in the Saints. After dinner, we had our first Oceanography class after the midterm.
