This morning, long before I was awake, watch team 2 had a party on their four-to-eight shift. Lana was also caught aura farming on the bow during the sunrise. After sunrise, watch team three coiled and stowed the giant polar bear line, the line we used in the Azores to set a kedge anchor off our stern. I woke up this morning at 11:30 after catching up on sleep from my twelve-to-four shift. Lunch was in thirty minutes, but also, watch team one had to relieve Watch team three. We had pasta with Alfredo sauce for lunch, cooked by Lou Lou, Macie, and Zac. After lunch, I took the helm for my watch team and helmed while everyone did their job for clean up. Towards the end of the cleanup, Andrew and Lou Lou joined me in the cockpit until it was time for class. For Seamanship, today we watched a movie called White Squall. The movie is starting to feel like reality. After class, the chefs started to cook burgers for dinner. Watch team two was on watch, others were working on their leadership essay, but I decided to take a nap before dinner. A few hours later, everyone gathered in the cockpit for dinner. I am happy to say that there were enough burgers for everyone to have two. Now, as I am writing the blog, Brady is doing the seven oclock boat check, and watch team three is once again sitting on deck in the rain.
