Location: English Harbour, Antigua
Today, we hid out from hurricane Beryl, which was not much of a storm for us (thankfully). We dealt with some rain showers and a bit of thunder and lightning as we continued with our emergency first responder and International crew certification courses. This took up a majority of our day, but the weather made it a perfect opportunity to get it out of the way. We made the most of class time by playing a mock game of family feud to review the information, which quickly turned competitive and had us all laughing. After we finished our review session, we all decided that we felt ready to take the ICC exam with the information fresh in our heads, and we all passed!!!! WOOOO!!! Overall, today was a very relaxing and productive day for us all, and we ended it with a group workout after dinner, which was a lot of fun and actually pretty hard. Now we are all ready to relax, eat some brownies that Piper is cooking up, and watch Pitch Perfect!!!
