Hello friends, families, and fans,

My day kicked off with the 00:00-04:00 watch with the new Watch Team 1: Brooke, Maya L, James, Morgan C, Harry, Jake, and myself (Ben). We had a chilled motor sail for four hours and made good progress toward the Galapagos. The bioluminescence is incredible in this passage, but unfortunately, our cameras dont do them justice. At 12:00, we had a lunch of fresh bread and eggs cooked by Sam, Claire, and Graham. Afterward, the students had two classes: Oceanography and Seamanship. Outside the classroom, the students continue to learn the deck and knots, with everyone showing a solid level of competency at this point. Today has also been a great day for nature; weve seen spinner dolphins, tones of flying fish, and turtles in the water, weve got 3-4 boobies sitting on the spreaders, and during dinner, a small bird from the shore landed on Brookes hand.
For dinner, the chefs cooked up some more of the tuna alongside rice and beans which was an awesome feed.

Everyone on board is doing well and is stoked to cross the equator and get to The Galapagos.
