The sun has set, and the moon is on the rise as the crew just finished up leadership class for the evening. Our day began with a normal morning routine of breakfast and cleaning up before we embarked into the world of much-needed boat appreciation. Below deck, every bunk got a good scrubbing, fresh new sheets while above deck, the cap rails and lines were cleansed of their salty covers from our passage. Lunch came around, we got to feast on fried rice turned into rice balls, and once the food settled, we reviewed for our first Marine Biology exam. Post review, the afternoon was ours to sketch in our creature ID books and prepare for our coming papers and exams. Once 6:30 came around, we dined, squeezed, and cleaned with our limited fresh water supply. This concluded all of our work for the day.
