I don’t even know where to start with this one… Today is officially day 90 on Argo, which means it’s been quite a bittersweet morning here. Last night, we had our final squeeze and our last dinner together as a crew. 🙁 The squeeze question for the night was, “What are you going to miss the most about being here on Argo?” I said that I was going to miss sleeping in my hammock every time and waking up to the sunrise every morning. Melina said she’s going to miss all of the fun everyone would have in the dishie pits and having fun during cleanups. Toby and Sandra said they were going to miss the feeling of showing up in a new place, Anton and Pieter said that they would miss how diverse the group was and how everyone meshed together so well, and Gabe said we were the best sailing crew he has ever had so *score*. After that, we went to dinner, and we all had a really nice night eating lots of good pizza. I think I will end the blog with a couple of favorite memories from our time here. I loved the time that Mike got absolutely body-slammed by the water-tight doors.

I really enjoyed showing up to Bonaire and seeing the flamingoes guiding us in over the water, every dance party we would have on our watches, seeing Felipe’s eyes light up when the air conditioning gets turned on, Anton’s equator sacrifice, the entire day in the Panama Canal and seeing the little yellow hat guys throw us. Hearts on the cargo ships behind us, every jump-in-shower, Anton and me skipping through the mall in Panama City. Watching everyone play soccer and volleyball with the kids in San Blas. Watching Jack’s face light up when he saw Tahiti waves for the first time. Seeing chains of mantas swimming circles around us for four mornings in a row, and lastly, every single night, we spent all together in the cockpit for dinner and the squeeze. From the rough rainy nights to the perfect sunshiney days, I don’t want to change a single thing about it. I am so thankful for everyone and everything this experience brought us all, and I would never change a thing about it. With so much love bye, bye, Argo 🙁 – Kelsey p.s. Toby says bye-bye, too.
