Location: Underway to Bonaire
Ladies, Gentlemen, Mum’s and Dads rest assured today was another unique and special 24 hours in the life of your offspring. The day began after breakfast with a sneak peek into the world of enlightenment, supplied by our resident meditation guru Dave P. Once our minds were clear, stresses relieved, and heart rates at an all-time low, the crew was dinghied ashore for a morning to soak up the Caribbean rays and take in some Dominican culture in the town of Roseau. Some of the more studious members of the crew chose to remain aboard and work on their Marine Bio papers due in the next couple of days before taking a relaxing saltwater shower and a few moments to work on their tans. Following an optional lunch ashore consisting of local Caribbean delights, the crew returned to Argo in time to prepare her for our next passage to Bonaire and the Dutch Antilles. With sails full and the boat making way at speeds of up to 9 knots, the Argo crew was blessed with a beautiful sunset and a pod of dolphins riding our bow wake.
