Location: Underway to Jamaica
The days have started to blend together as the crew settles into the watch rotation. We continue to strive for the horizon with hopes of seeing land, regardless of what our diminishing ETA says. We maintained a good speed until late today when the wind died down, but with seas this flat, it was only a matter of time (We all blame Al). Though this has been our longest voyage to date, no person onboard has gotten seasick. This could be attributed to the calm water or the medication. Either way, I may have just jinxed it. Class underway is still as difficult as ever, and oceanography presentations are much more humorous when the presenter struggles to keep balance. We ate a large lasagna dinner together and destroyed a carrot cake before settling back into the watch schedule for another night of being conscious at strange hours. Hopefully, we will arrive late tomorrow, and hopefully, they have pizza in Jamaica.
