The crew of Ocean Star woke up to a beautiful sunrise as we set sail to the island of Saba. Saba is an unmistakable island with its steep cliffs and tall peaks. The wind unfortunately did not represent the usual trusty Caribbean trade winds as we slowly poked our way 15 miles to Saba. BBQ Chicken sandwiches were prepared by the renowned chef Beth underway as we pulled into the anchorage. We were fortunate enough to find a mooring ball and we chained ourselves up for the night. In the afternoon a few people led by Beaker went on a snorkel on a hunt for the infamous Blenny while others strung hammocks and enjoyed the last bit of sun for the day. Dinner was had followed by a concluding Oceanography class.
