Location: English Harbour, Antigua

Today was a relaxed day in Antigua. We began with crepes for breakfast, which were really delicious – a nice change from the cereal when on passage! After breakfast, we had an MTE class about tides which was interesting. After class we had shore time until dinner. Some of us went to a quiet beach near English Harbour called Pigeon Beach. Others spent their time exploring Falmouth – another harbor nearby. When we were all back aboard we prepared the boat for passage, then had our last dinner in Antigua – pita pizzas, which were pretty good. As we were eating, we saw some dark clouds rolling in and debated over whether they would hit us. Several were against the possibility, while others thought it was inevitable. Sure enough it poured just as we finished. We rushed to get our foul weather gear to avoid getting soaked during cleanup. It was actually tons of fun. After dinner, we had OCE class and now we are all getting ready and excited for our departure to St. Barth’s tomorrow.andlt;hr width=’100’/andgt;andlt;div align=’center’andgt;andlt;tableandgt;andlt;trandgt;andlt;tdandgt;andlt;
