Salutations, our journey around the Antilles has come to an end. We have made our way from Saba back to Antigua, where we started our voyage almost 70 days ago. We anchored at around 11:45 and jumped right into Boat Appreciation after lunch. During BA the deck team was treated to a show by a fellow schooner, S/Y Columbia, which appeared to be training for the upcoming Antigua Yacht Regatta. After BA was finished, our students continued working on our research projects, as well as studying for tomorrow’s Nav Master Exam. All the studying was interrupted by a late, but delicious dinner of chicken, broccoli, and mashed potatoes. After dinner and clean up, we had our weekly schedule meeting, where we get to plan for the coming week. There are many final exams in the future, so we have to stay sharp, and let’s not forget about the race soon after. Although we are back where we started, we still have a lot of work ahead of us.
