Hola,

Today was a long day, so let me walk you through it. I was awoken kindly by Emma at 07.10, ten minutes after I was supposed to wake everyone else up. Oops. All good, though. The divemaster trainees had been on an early dive that morning (shout out to Stina and Freddie), and when they had finished putting their gear away, everyone who was woken up late was ready for breakfast. We then sped through clean-up and getting ready for horse-riding. The first group was me, Mads, Conor, Laszlo, and Will. Mads, for those that don’t know, is a full-on horse-girl, having ridden for her college in nationals. To say she was excited for our adventure would be an understatement.

When we got to the place, the lovely owner brought out a baby goat who I got to feed and who also peed on Laszlo 🙁 Another one who caught the eye of a goat, but a male one with not very innocent intentions, and got pee all over them was Mads. But her mood from our horse ride could not be lowered by some goat pee. We all got one horse and followed our guide in a straight line. Mine and Wills were a little lazy, and we often had to make the horses go faster, sometimes even running a little. We walked along the beach, where Mads got to take her horse on a swim. Conor’s horse really wanted to follow along, but because they didn’t want the saddle to get wet, he had to struggle for a bit to steer away from the water. After riding, group two, with Maddy, Charlton, Arielle, Sophia, and Nate, got to have their turn while we in group one got dropped off in town and went to the supermarket. We bought lunch and walked to the beach after googling and finding out the “hot springs” we wanted to go to were not as natural as we originally thought and were actually just hot public pools. While on the beach, Stina, who had done more divemaster stuff, found us and joined. We then jumped in the water and swam around, collecting sea glass. Maddy, who had finished her horse riding, came to join us in the water after a while. We then dried off and found a cafe with wifi to sit and rot for a while before we girls got ready in the male bathroom (I still don’t know why) for dinner and sign-out night.

Stina left at 16 to go riding with the last group consisting of Emma, Kip, Kaden, and Freddie, and while they rode, we got back to Sunshines! We hung out with the dogs, petting them and Maddy letting them drinkAt 18, everyone now dressed up nice and pretty, we signed out and ate food together with a few beers. It was a great night, with a bonfire and awesome music. Back on the boat, a few of us were a little sad about the lack of a squeeze, so we did our own at midships. The question was “tell me a secretembarrassing story nobody knows about”. What was said will remain a secret, except Tom’s secret (oops, sorry, Tom), which was the number 10. I wonder if that is how many people he has murdered…

That’s all,
Byeee
