Location: Ile Fourchue, St Barth's
After standing an anchor watch, the crew awoke slowly at 07:30. Shortly after breakfast and an oceanography class, we prepared for an action-packed underwater circumnavigation of a small rock outcropping. Many barracudas and even a few nurse sharks were spotted. Studies and test preparation consumed much of the afternoon, followed by a chart plotting and current vector exercise in MTE class. Lasagna for dinner and then another OCE class. Off to Statia tomorrow.
