Location: Underway to Almeriamr
Today was a really beautiful day on passage. The day started off with watch team 3, my team, at 8 AM. It seems to be a new trend for everyone to eat cereal on watch. I didnt wake everyone else up until 11:30 so they could rest after a long night of watches. For lunch, we had pasta with vodka sauce, but without the vodka, obviously. Then we had a marine biology exam and seamanship. I think I spoke for most people when I said the exam was not too hard. In seamanship, we practiced charting and solved some word problems. Everyone seems to enjoy learning about the charts and how to use them. After Seamanship, Mac (the student) caught a mahi mahi fish. We wanted to cook it, but it was too small. For dinner, Talia and her cooking team made us pizza, and it was really yummy! After dinner, watch teams get back into an uninterrupted schedule and those who were off slept or did class work.
