Today was our first full day on land. It was relaxing to say the least. The open water divers took their third dive, and the advanced took their first navigation dive. The navigation divers practiced navigating on land using only their compasses as guides (we had buckets to block our vision!) While each group was out, the others had free time, some shopping, and some exploring. Both groups had the opportunity to have lunch out while exploring the island. The plan at night was to do a night dive for the advanced open water students, but was cut short due to gusty winds and rain. Instead, we all went to an Italian restaurant for our second night out. It was a great success, there were laughs and great food to be had. The group got back pretty late and everyone was exhausted. Was my favorite day so far!!!
