Location: UW to Grenada

Today, we woke up to very different weather than what we went to sleep with last night. We went from a grueling hot sun with no wind to a clouding day with a twenty knot plus wind. We spent the entire day pushing against the sea state. We are now heading upwind with the new southern gust. During the day, some of us got much-needed salt water rinse from the waves, and we also got to quickly drop the main sail before dinner due to the increasing wind speed in the afternoon. We got to see dolphins today, but in greater numbers than yesterday, with almost twenty spotted. Also, we went from being in the middle of the ocean to cruising near the coast of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, appreciating the big steep mountains decorating our port side view.
