Today we continued to explore the beautiful island of Antigua. To start the day some people worked on their theoryto complete the Rescue Diver certification while the others, myself included, relaxed on a white sand beach. Many of us gathered off the boat to have lunch at a nice little beach side bar, while others enjoyed Roti’s from Sue, a local woman who makes and sells Roti’s and homemade juice around the marina. The rest of the day was mostly free time to continue exploring Antigua and enjoy the luxuries of dock life. Some took advantage of the dock showers and studied on the boat, while others explored around the small town of English Harbour where we are docked or hiked along a cliff-side trail to the nearby beach. To finish the day we got our college basketball fix at a restaurant by the boat as I saw my bracket completely fall apart. Go Wisconsin!
