Location: Cape Town, South Africa

Today was a great day. The day started with a tour of the NSRI station, which was super neat. We got to see and learn all about how theyre trained to save lives out on the water at all hours of the day and all days of the year, no matter the weather. After we went back to the boat and grabbed lunch, which was chicken Caesar wraps made by Perry. Lunch was delicious, and shortly after, we had to take the swim test. We did a swim test in a public pool by the ocean. The pool was pretty crowded, and it was hard to navigate through other people, but we managed to all complete two full laps and Tread water for 10 minutes. Were all relieved that the swim test was over, and we headed back to the boat to get dinner, which was also made by Perry and was Spanish rice with chicken. After dinner, we all got ready to go to the huge rugby game. The game was so much fun, even though South Africa lost. After the game ended, we headed back to the boat and went out to get ice cream very quickly, which was very yummy. After ice cream, we all went back to the boat and got to bed early for our early morning the next day.
